Upon first contact, I discuss the particulars of your specific project, provide a quote for the work decided upon, and work with you to complete the best project I can deliver according to your specifications.

Services provided include:

Editing + Writing

Proofreading and copyediting existing documents and content is a great place to begin. We can build upon existing documents by creating new content, or can take on projects such as creating internal documents for company use, such as procedure manuals, newsletters, employee forms, etc.

Graphic Design

Logos, marketing materials such as brochures and postcards, and other designed products such as stickers and other merchandise can help give your company the professional edge and representation it needs to make a long-lasting impact.

Marketing, Publicity, and/or Sales Outreach

Outreach can include marketing, sales, and/or publicity-focused efforts, including:

• researching local, national, and international markets where your product/business should be listed
• provide support for first contact and follow-up, i.e. writing letters of introduction, pitches, press releases, cold-calling, etc.
• creation/expansion of social network platforms: company email, Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Blogger/Wordpress, website, and other industry-specific profile creation/maintenance

Sensitivity Reading

A sensitivity reading is providing a read-through of any written materials with an eye toward assessing the diversity, inclusion, and equity aspects of the work. Some readings can be done with a particular sensitivity in mind (representation of race, religion, culture, ethnicity, sexuality, gender, economic status, age, etc.), or an overall read to ensure there has been inclusion and representation throughout the material can be conducted as well.

Website + UX Design

Website work includes website creation and design and the creation of web content, including page content, blog content, SEO/SEM, and advertising assistance, in addition to UX design on both websites and web-based/mobile-based applications.

These and other services can be done on a case-by-case basis, as an hourly project, or as part of a monthly retainer.
