The Broche Consulting Team

Based in Portland, Oregon, Broche Consulting now has a national and international client base. The team itself consists of myself, Broche Fabian, and the creative people I contract with, depending on the scope of the project. There are only so many hats one person can wear. As a business owner, you’re particularly aware of this. I have been lucky enough to meet other talented individuals that I collaborate with on an as-needed basis. This team is constantly evolving and adding members as need, strengths, preferences, and geography demands. Broche:

With undergraduate degrees in Anthropology and English, and a Master of Fine Arts degree in Writing, my professional life has involved sales, marketing, publicity, promotion, buying, event planning, writing, and editorial work. My business management career began as the new department manager of a rebranded children’s department for an independent bookstore in 2007. Since then, I was the first general manager of The World’s Only Curious George Store, a children’s book-and-toy store that grossed over $1 million in its first year; helped to open and grow The Craft Factory, a drop-in craft studio in Portland, OR; and have started my own location independent bookstore, River Dog Book Co. I have provided Broche Consulting services in the private, non-profit, and corporate business sectors. I am excited to bring these experiences to your business.
